Day 244

This is me...every single night.  Especially in the winter.

Grateful for decisions

So true for me  on most nights.  Thinking that if I get up, I won't go back to sleep.  If I get up, I will start thinking about all of the things I need to do tomorrow.  If I get up, I will have to move from my warm spot to a cold bathroom.
If I lay here, I might just forget how bad I have to pee.
(then the little voice inside says...yeah, you need to get up...you gotta pee.)
DAMMIT.
So then I get up, pee, and then back to bed.
There, self...wasn't so bad, was it?
(little voice says..."and your bladder thanks you.")
Not kidding.
Might be effed up that I do this night after night, but my guess is...I am not the only one. :)
