Grateful for Russell/Max

The movie UP, by Disney Pixar, is one of my very favorite movies.  For many reasons, but for this one for sure.  Russell, the little camping dude, who needed his badge to assist the elderly~reminds me of Jamie's Max.
Maxwell Vance.
They both are cute.
They both have an asthmatic quality to their voices.
They both have an amazing heart and an even better laugh.
They both ask questions a lot.
The one where Russel asks: "Do you dig the hole before or after???....oh, it's AFTER!"
Max will laugh about that until he needs an inhaler.
Maxerman has always been the biggest blue eyed sensitive little guy they have.
He has a huge heart.
He is hilarious...and he would sooo have wanted to keep Kevin also.

Three buddies and three best friend cousins for life.  Russell is the keeper of the cheese, though.
No matter what, no matter where, they will always watch out for each other and have a good friendship that many don't have.

One thing about this movie that is so awesome...it teaches us all about how important relationships are.  Near or far, young or old, mad or happy, it boils down to who you want to be on the curb next to you calling out "Red one....blue one....grey one"
at the passing cars, all while you are enjoying memories, and ice cream, and friendship.
We love our Maxwell, we love our Russell.

These three, along with the others, are the best buddies ever.
